Via a post on X|Twitter, Ryu ga Gotoku Studio announced: Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth It passed all Valve’s tests and will be a game from launch “Confirmed” For Steam Decks.
If you don’t know what we’re talking about, there’s a Valve team that tests games on Steam Deck and marks them as “Verified” on the dedicated Steam page based on the results of their testing, which means the game is: Perfectly compatible with Steam Decks; “Playable” means a game that may have limitations or require user adjustments to be played satisfactorily; “Unsupported” describes a game that is incompatible with the console in various ways, but is not necessarily unplayable.
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth achieved “Verified” status, the best possible result; this means the game is accepted fully compatible It has been prepared for Steam Deck by the Valve team and therefore it can be played on this device without any problems.
Two weeks until launch
Considering the turn-based combat and plethora of optional events like Pokémon-like Sujimon battles, Animal Crossing-reminiscent Dondoko Island, and many other minigames, Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth certainly lends itself well to some portable gaming. Game via Steam Deck.
