Game Awards: Baldur's Gate 3 takes first place in provisional rankings in public vote - Your Ultimate Video Gaming Magazine

Public voting for the award started last night. “Voice of the Gamer” from The Game Awards 2023Having already collected more than 10,000 player votes. By provisional order Baldur’s Gate 3 is currently in first place, while Super Mario Bros. Some of the most popular games from this rich gaming year, such as Wonder, are currently not in the top ten and are therefore at risk of not making it to the next level.

How does voting for the Actor’s Voice Award work?

Unlike other awards at The Game Awards 2023, “Voice of the Gamer” is the only award awarded. decided solely by the people through a vote that will take place in three stages. In the first one, the above 30 games will be in competition and each user will be able to vote for up to 10 games until November 29. The top 10 classified moves on to stage 2, where it will be possible to vote for up to 5 votes until December 2. Finally, the top five will move on to the final voting, which will end on December 4.

While we currently see Baldur’s Gate 3 as the undisputed winner in the rankings, with a clear difference from Cyberpunk 2077: Phantom Liberty and The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, we also see Super among the games that will not advance to the second round. Mario Bros. Wonder, Armored Core 6, Star Wars: Jedi Survivor, Street Fighter 6, Starfield and Diablo 4. Obviously there’s still a long way to go until the end of voting, so things could change significantly.
