PEOPLE magazine exclusively revealed: First images from the Borderlands movie, based on the Gearbox video game. These include Cate Blanchett as Mermaid Lilith, Kevin Hart as Roland, Ariana Greenblatt as crazy Little Tina, Florian Munteanu as Little Tina’s bodyguard Krieg, Jamie Lee Curtis as Tannis and the voice of Claptrap. We see Jack Black.
The story will follow Lilith’s search for the missing daughter of Atlas (Edgar Ramírez) on Pandora. Deadline previously reported: blanchett She was cast as Lilith as early as May 2020, and the rest of the cast signed on the following year. Filming began in Hungary in April 2021 and wrapped in June.

Borderlands: and video games?
While we await the arrival of the film, fans of the video game saga are eagerly awaiting Gearbox to deliver the fourth installment. We don’t have any information on the subject for now, but a recent theory suggests that the fourth episode is about to be revealed.
Let’s remember that Borderlands is an epic first person shooter Open world where we can obtain a large amount of weapons, play cooperatively and improve our character and his unique class abilities.
